NamaTCG is a trade name of Nama Corp. When you order from us, you enter into a contract with:

These terms apply to every offer in our web shop and to every contract that follows from it. You can read, save and print them before placing an order.

If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the law applies instead of that provision. The rest of these terms remains in force.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately, before you complete your order.

If we sell used cards that we bought from private individuals, the margin scheme applies to those items. The invoice shows no VAT amount for them and the VAT is not deductible for you.

Obvious mistakes and typing errors do not bind us. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order. You will be refunded right away.

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Until then we may refuse an order, for example when an item unexpectedly turns out to be out of stock.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund the amount paid within 14 days.

Checkout takes place in Shopify's secure checkout. You can pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Payments are handled by the payment provider. We never store card or bank details ourselves.

We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are shown in the checkout before you pay.

Orders paid on a working day before 22:00 are shipped the same day. We aim for delivery within 1 to 3 working days. The legal maximum delivery time is 30 days; if we miss it, you may cancel the contract free of charge.

The risk of damage or loss stays with us until you, or someone you have appointed, receive the parcel.

Graded cards and other items above 500 euros are shipped insured and by registered mail.

You may cancel your order without giving a reason. The law gives you 14 days; we give you 30, counted from the day you received the last item.

We deliver what you may expect under the contract. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or different from its description, let us know within a reasonable time. You are then entitled to free repair, replacement or cancellation of the purchase.

Our binders come with the statutory warranty. If a zip, ring or seam fails under normal use, we will sort it out. Damage caused by careless use is not covered.

For graded cards we state the grade assigned by the grading company. We verify every certificate number with the grader beforehand. We are not the grader and give no opinion of our own on the card's condition within that grade.

The contents of sealed products are determined by the publisher. We do not open packs and give no guarantee about what is inside.

If we cannot resolve it together, you may bring the dispute before the court. The protection you have under mandatory consumer law always remains in place.

Dutch law applies to our contracts. This does not affect the protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
