Who processes your data
NamaTCG is a trade name of Nama Corp. We are the controller for the data processed through this web shop.

Which data, why and for how long
When you place an order
- What
- Name, email address, delivery address, phone number (optional) and what you bought.
- Why
- To process and ship your order and keep you informed.
- Legal basis
- Performance of the contract.
- How long
- We keep invoices and the related data for 7 years. That is not a choice; the Dutch tax authority requires it.
When you pay
- What
- The amount paid, the payment method chosen and a reference to the transaction. Your card or bank details never reach us; the payment provider processes them directly.
- Why
- To link the payment to your order.
- Legal basis
- Performance of the contract and legal obligation.
- How long
- 7 years, as part of our records.
When you email us
- What
- Your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Why
- To handle your question, complaint or return.
- Legal basis
- Performance of the contract, or our legitimate interest in answering questions.
- How long
- Until your question is handled and at most one year after that, unless the message belongs to an order.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising. We do use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Shopify, the platform that runs our cart, checkout and order management. Shopify International Ltd. is based in Ireland. Data may also be processed by Shopify Inc. in Canada, a country with an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
- Payment providers. Shopify Payments processes iDEAL, card and wallet payments; PayPal processes PayPal payments.
- Carriers, who receive your name and address to deliver the parcel.
- Vercel, which hosts this website. On every visit Vercel briefly processes your IP address in server logs to serve and secure the site.
- Our accountant and the Dutch tax authority, where the law requires it.
We have data processing agreements with these parties, or their standard processing terms apply.
Your rights
You may ask us to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict processing and to receive your data in a portable format. You may also object to processing.
Send your request to our email address. We respond within one month. We may ask for additional details to make sure it is really you.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
Traffic to our site is encrypted. Shopify's checkout meets the PCI DSS standard for payment data. Access to orders is limited to the shop's administrators.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will appear here with the date of the change.
